With over 2,000 employees worldwide, we are expanding our presence in the Benelux with a new subsidiary based in Ham (Tessenderlo region). Supporting a network of over 500 independent dealers across Belgium and the Netherlands, Maschio Gaspardo Benelux is developing a dedicated local team to drive growth and support daily dealer operations.   Role Overview We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Back Office Manager to support our Benelux sales team and serve as a vital link between our factories (in Italy and Romania), our local subsidiary, and our dealer network. This is a newly created position, essential to managing order flows, coordinating logistics, and ensuring smooth communication across all levels of the business. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, open to training, and ready to grow with us as we build our presence in the region.   Key Responsibilities - Receive and process machinery orders from dealers across Belgium and the Netherlands. - Liaise with factories to confirm, track, and ensure timely production and delivery of equipment. - Control and verify order confirmations, codes, and documentation. - Organize transport from factories in Italy and Romania, ensuring timely and correct delivery. - Provide dealers with timely updates and complete documentation. - Monitor delivery timelines and follow up on any delays or issues. - Support a team of four field sales representatives with order-related and administrative tasks. - Maintain accurate records and ensure all processes align with company standards.   Requirements - Languages: Fluent in Dutch, French and English (spoken and written); - Availability: Immediate or as soon as possible. - Strong computer skills, including MS Office (Excel, Outlook). - Experience in back office operations, logistics, or customer service (preferably in a technical or industrial environment). - Accounting knowledge is a plus. - Experience with SAP is a strong advantage; if not, training will be provided. - Strong attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and ability to manage multiple tasks. - Team player with excellent communication and coordination skills. - Motivated to learn, develop professionally, and grow with the company.   What We Offer - A dynamic role in a fast-growing international company. - The opportunity to shape and grow a key function in our Benelux operations. - Training and support, including SAP onboarding if needed. - Competitive compensation package. - Collaborative and friendly work environment. - Real opportunities for career development within the Maschio Gaspardo Group     #LI-CB1

This is a field-based role, reporting to the Service Manager, and designed to strengthen the quality of technical support offered to our dealers and end customers. As a hands-on technical expert, you will help with machine preparation, setup, field demonstrations, and technical training. You'll work closely with our network of 500+ dealers, acting as a trusted advisor and support contact in the field.   Key Responsibilities - Assist dealers in solving technical problems on our machinery. - Prepare and set up machines before delivery or demonstration. - Conduct field demonstrations and adjustments directly on farms. - Train dealer technicians on how to service and repair our equipment. - Provide feedback from the field to the service and engineering teams. - Travel frequently within Belgium, the Netherlands, and occasionally to our factories in Italy or Romania for training. - Maintain service documentation and input data via company systems.   Candidate Profile - Strong technical knowledge of agricultural machinery or related equipment. - Passionate about farming and technology. - Hands-on, adaptable, and proactive. - Willing and able to travel regularly and work in diverse environments (fields, workshops, customer sites). - Ready to learn – we will provide full training on our machinery and systems. - Computer-literate (basic IT and diagnostic tools). - Evolution possible toward a combined technical/sales role for the right candidate.   Requirements - Fluent in Dutch, French, and English (spoken and written). - Valid driver's license and willingness to travel. - Prior experience in agricultural service, mechanical engineering, or technical field support is a strong plus. - Flexible mindset and good communication skills. - Available as soon as possible.   What We Offer - A dynamic position in a small but growing and supportive team. - Hands-on involvement with high-end farm equipment. - Ongoing technical training and factory visits. - Opportunity to grow toward more strategic roles (sales & service combined). - Competitive compensation and travel support.
