Maschio Gaspardo is a leading global manufacturer of agricultural machinery, providing a full range of equipment for soil cultivation, seeding, fertilisation, crop protection, and harvesting. Our Benelux subsidiary, based in Ham (Belgium), is expanding its presence in the Netherlands.

We are looking for a proactive and experienced Sales Area Manager to join our existing sales team and help expand our dealer network in the Netherlands. The country will be split between two Sales Area Managers, and you will be responsible for developing and managing your designated territory in close cooperation with your colleague.


Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow relationships with existing dealers and develop new dealer partnerships within your territory.

• Provide technical and sales support tailored to dealer and customer needs.

• Conduct hands-on activities such as machine setup, field demonstrations, and training for dealers and their sales teams.

• Collaborate closely with your Sales Area Manager counterpart to ensure full market coverage and coordination.

• Plan and forecast sales accurately in collaboration with the factory and Benelux subsidiary.

• Organize and deliver presentations, speeches, and local promotional events with dealers.

• Monitor market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activity.

• Work cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure seamless service and order management.

• Maintain thorough records of sales activities, forecasts, and dealer interactions.


Candidate Profile

• Fluent in Dutch and English (spoken and written).

• Strong knowledge of agriculture, farm machinery, and agronomy.

• Proven ability to build and sustain a strong dealer network.

• Hands-on, able to demonstrate machines and train dealer sales teams effectively.

• Excellent organizational and planning skills, with the ability to forecast and meet sales targets.

• Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to collaborate closely with a sales partner.

• Willingness to travel extensively within your territory and occasionally to Belgium or Italy for training.
